About the Director and Faculty

G. V. Satish joined as a Probationary Officer in State Bank of India in 2005. Over his tenure, he demonstrated his versatility and commitment by serving in various roles, including Branch Manager, Deputy Manager (Administration), and as an Evaluator for SBI’s Internal Promotion Exams and an Interview Panel Member. However, his true passion lay in teaching and empowering others to pursue careers in banking.

G. V. Satish is widely recognized for pioneering the single-instructor teaching model for bank exams in India, setting his institution apart in the competitive field of bank exam coaching. His personalized teaching approach has been transformational, with over 3,000 students successfully securing bank jobs under his mentorship. Approximately 50% of his successful students are women , reflecting his commitment to women’s empowerment in the region.

For his outstanding contributions to education and his dedication to student empowerment, G. V. Satish was honored with the National Education Leadership Award by Dainik Bhaskar in 2013. His journey from a banker to a pioneering educator stands as a testament to his belief that with determination and hard work, anyone can achieve success.
